I obtained my Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons.) from the University of Toronto in Political Science, Philosophy and Near and Middle Eastern Studies, I further obtained my Masters of Arts (M.A.) from the University of Toronto in Political Theory and Middle Eastern Studies.

My passion and interest in the English common law system as well as my fascination with the European Union led me to study law at Nottingham Law School in the United Kingdom, where I obtained my Graduate Honours Law Degree (LL.B).

While qualifying as an Ontario Lawyer and prior to establishing my own law firm I obtained experience in Commercial Real Estate and Corporate Law while working at the Ontario Realty Corporation in the in-house legal department, and at CB Richard Ellis Global Corporate Services. I have also worked at various small to medium sized law firms both in the United Kingdom and in Canada obtaining experience in Residential Real Estate, Leasing, Franchising, Business/Corporate Law, Wills & Estates, Collaborative Family Law and Immigration Law.

I have a real passion for the practice of law and particularly in Real Estate and I whole heartedly enjoy my work. In my free time I volunteer for various non-profit organizations and educate the youth on the substance of the law. I am fluent in both English and Farsi (Persian).
